Abstract

The invention discloses an anticorrosion protection method for a high-speed braking disc of a wind generating set. The method comprises the following steps of: removing oil of the high-speed braking disc by sequentially utilizing an oil removing agent, a rust removing agent, a washing agent and a dehydrating agent; removing rust, washing, cleaning and drying; then, carrying out nano zinc powder zinc impregnation treatment on the high-speed braking disc; and performing phosphating treatment or chromic acid passivating treatment. By utilizing the method disclosed by the invention, zinc-iron alloy protection layers formed on a braking friction face and other surface of a high-speed braking disc base body have the advantages of abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance.
