The medicinal tincture consists of the following components in part by weight: 4 to 6 parts of pseudolarix, 4 to 6 parts of belvedere fruit, 4 to 6 parts of selinum japenious seed, 2 to 4 parts of coptis root, 2 to 4 parts of phellodendron, 3 to 4 parts of baikal skullcap root, 2 to 3 parts of rhubarb, 2 to 4 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 2 to 3 parts of sessile stemona root, 2 to 3 parts of honeysuckle, 3 to 4 parts of dandelion and 3 to 4 parts of weeping forsythia. The medicinal tincture is prepared by the following steps of: mixing the components to prepare Chinese medicinal powder, and putting the Chinese medicinal powder into a closed container; adding 1,000 to 1,500 parts of 50 to 70 percent ethanol, covering the medicinal powder, impregnating and stirring, pouring supernatant in the container out for later use after 5 to 6 days; and mixing 40 to 60g of salicylic acid, 90 to 110g of benzoic acid and 830 to 870ml of supernatant to prepare 1,000ml of the medicinal tincture.
