The preparation method comprises the following steps: extracting henbane seed by reflux of ethanol to obtain henbane total extract, dissolving and dispersing the total extract with distilled water at firstly, then extracting the obtained product with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate to obtain ethyl acetate extract, and obtaining a compound henbane amide from the ethyl acetate extract by silica gel column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography.
