When the lower parts of the well completion sleeve and the well completion pipe putting-down tool are blocked by obstacles, the obstacles can be cut by repeatedly lifting the drill rod up and putting the drill rod down. Next, the sleeve suspender is hung on the inner wall of the upper layer of the sleeve.
