Abstract

The invention relates to a spring operating mechanism which comprises a frame, a closing spring and an energy storage shaft. The closing spring and the energy storage shaft in transmission connection with the closing spring to transmit energy to the closing spring are disposed on the frame. A closing half shaft and a closing electromagnet driving the same to rotate are also disposed on the frame. In addition, a closing pawl is disposed on the energy storage shaft and is used for being in limit fit with the closing half shaft to limit the closing spring at the energy stored state after the closing spring stores energy. A half shaft turn plate is fixed on the closing half shaft and is used for bearing push or pull of the closing electromagnet to turn the closing half shaft. The frame is further provided with a turn lever and a turn mechanism which drives the turn lever to turn around a fulcrum of the turn lever. In turning process, the turn lever is provided with a closing holding position and a closing release position, the closing holding position is used for being in limit fit with the corresponding part of the half shaft turn plate to limit the closing half shaft at the closing spring which finishes energy storage, and the closing release position is used for enabling the closing half shaft to leave the half shaft turn plate. The spring operating mechanism has the function of closing protection.
