Abstract

The invention discloses an organic carrier for electronic silver paste and a preparation method of the organic carrier. The organic carrier comprises, in weight percent, 4.5-12.0% of thickeners, 68.0-92.0% of solvents, 1.0-5.0% of surfactants, 1.0-2.0% of coupling agents, 0-10.0% of plasticizers and 1.0-4.0% of defoamers. The preparation method of the organic carrier includes the steps: firstly, weighing various raw materials according to the weight percent of components; secondly, heating and stirring the thickeners, the solvents and the plasticizers in water bath until completely dissolving; thirdly, filtering obtained mixture by a filter screen and cooling the mixture to reach the room temperature; and finally, sequentially adding the surfactants, the coupling agents and the defoamers into solution obtained after filtering, and uniformly mixing the mixture to obtain the organic carrier. The organic carrier solves the problems that a thick film element and a circuit easily foam, peel, wrinkle and loose during manufacture, graphic resolution is difficultly improved and the like.
