Abstract

The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following concrete steps: 1) carrying out inoculated culture on Beauveria bassiana strains so as to obtain fermentation broth; 2) separating the fermentation broth, collecting supernatant and removing mycelia so as to obtain a filtrate which is a crude extracellular holoprotein extract; 3) adding ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid into the crude extracellular holoprotein extract, adding ammonium sulfate powder under an ice bath condition, carrying out stirring and dissolving, standing an obtained mixture overnight and dissolving an obtained precipitate with a phosphate buffer solution so as to obtain a concentrate of the crude extracellular holoprotein extract; and 4) carrying out dialysis on the crude extracellular holoprotein extract, separating the concentrate and carrying out filtering and sterilization on obtained supernatant so as to obtain the extracellular holoprotein extract.
