Problems solved by technology

If the current transformer fails, it is easy to cause damage to the main load equipment
The disadvantage is that one end of the auxiliary detection line is connected to the auxiliary power supply, and the other end is grounded. Due to the leakage current phenomenon between the power supply and the ground of other large-scale equipment on site, the other end of the detection line is grounded and then the interference source is introduced, which affects the detection results.
The auxiliary power supply adopts 380V high voltage, which poses a threat to the personal safety of operators

Abstract

Disclosed in the invention is a current transformer fault self-detection apparatus, which comprises an auxiliary power supply as well as an auxiliary detection line that is in circuit connection at two ends of the auxiliary power supply. The auxiliary power supply employs floating processing; a contact making device is connected in series on the auxiliary detection line; and the auxiliary detection line is wound around a plurality of current transformers, wherein the auxiliary detection line is wound around each of the current transformers for a plurality of times. According to the invention, the auxiliary power supply utilizes the floating processing to avoid an interference source is introduced into the auxiliary power supply, so that stability of a detection signal can be ensured; the auxiliary power supply employs low-voltage detection, thereby ensuring personal safety of operation personnel; the auxiliary detection line is wound around the current transformers for a plurality of times, thereby realizing an effect of winding of a plurality of auxiliary detection lines on current transformers and thus improving a self-detection effect of the current transformers; and a current-limiting resistor is provided to ensure that currents in the auxiliary detection line are not too heavy and thus no influence on equipment is caused, thereby ensuring usage security of the equipment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an instrument transformer applied to mining equipment, in particular to a current transformer fault self-detection device. Background technique [0002] At present, in the working process of mining equipment, in order to grasp the operating status of each main load, it is necessary to use multiple current transformers for real-time detection. During the working process of the equipment, it is necessary to detect the current transformer before the load is running to determine whether the current transformer is in good condition. If the current transformer fails, it is easy to cause damage to the main load equipment. The disadvantage is that one end of the auxiliary detection line is connected to the auxiliary power supply and the other end is grounded. Due to the leakage current between the power supply and the ground of other large equipment on site, the other end of the detection line is grounded and then the interference sou...
