Abstract

The method comprises the steps of: sending cell broadcast messages to the terminal equipment, wherein the cell broadcast messages include description information of a first parameter configuration and description information of a second parameter configuration corresponding to common enhanced-dedicated channel resources, and the first parameter configuration is for a first transmission time interval (TTI) and the second parameter configuration is for a second TTI which is different from the first TTI; receiving indication information sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the indication information represents the terminal equipment selects the first TTI or the second TTI as a TTI to be used; and allocating the common enhanced-dedicated channel resources to the terminal equipment according to the indication information. In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of TTIs are configured in a cell, and parameter configuration information of the plurality of the TTIs is broadcasted to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment can select an appropriate TTI from the plurality of the TTIs and network side allocates the channel resources according to the selected TTI, thereby improving the allocative efficiency and utilization efficiency of system resources.
