Abstract

The invention discloses an XQuery query path optimization method and device based on particle swarm optimization. The XQuery query path optimization method comprises the following steps of: S1, reading an XML (Extensive Makeup Language) document to be queried and pre-processing the XML document; S2, converting an XQuery query language according to the pre-processed XML document; S3, constructing a query cost matrix according to the converted XQuery query language; S4, calculating the query cost matrix by using particle swarm optimization so as to obtain the shortest query cost path. In comparison with the prior art, the XQuery query path optimization method and device based on particle swarm optimization, disclosed by the invention, have the advantages of providing corresponding time of corresponding queries, reducing resources required by query systems, preferably using query intermediate results and carrying out efficient optimization treatment on the intermediate results so as to decrease system resources consumed by the intermediate results and finish corresponding queries with lower resource requirements.
