The processing method includes: pretreating to remove slurry during spinning and extra oiling agent of a chemical and blended fabric; dyeing; washing by one dipping one pressing at normal temperature using an evenness calendar; and post-finishing by padding plus preshrinking, padding, drying, curing, and preshrinking to obtain the three-proofing easy-care chemical and blended fabric. By the aid of padding, three-proofing finishing agent is co-bathed with soil-releasing finishing agent to apply to the fabric. By the aid of drying and curing, permanent water proofing, oil proofing, dirt proofing and soil releasing of the fabric are achieved. A functional polymer resin film layer which is fine in water-oil-proof effect is formed on the surface of the fabric, solid dirt is not easy to attach to the fabric, and the solid dirt attached on the fabric can be washed off in water easily. The three-proofing easy-care clothing fabric is waterproof, oil-proof, and dirt-proof, and dirt attached to the fabric can be washed off easily.
