Embodiment Construction

[0031] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0032] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention provides a radiofrequency ablation electrode for treating hypertension, including a handle 1 , an outer sleeve 3 , a flexible support 5 and an electrode 6 . A pusher 2 is also provided on the handle 1, and the pusher 2 pushes the flexible support 5 and the temperature measuring resistance 7 from the inside of the outer sleeve 3 to the outside of the outer sleeve 3, so that they enter the blood vessel. There is also a scale mark on the handle, and by looking at the scale mark, the length of the flexible stent entering the blood vessel can be known. The handle is also provided with a water injection gasket. The end of the outer sleeve 3 is arranged inside the handle 1, and its front end is arranged outside the handle. The flexible support 4 is arranged at the front end of the outer sleev...

Abstract

The invention provides a radio frequency ablation electrode, in particular to a radio frequency ablation electrode for treatment of hypertension, aiming to solve the problem that the vascular walls can be easily injured by heat generated by the electrode. The radio frequency ablation electrode comprises a handle, an outer casing, a flexible bracket and an electrode, wherein one end of the outer casing is arranged in the handle; the electrode is fixed on the flexible bracket; a water injection hole is formed in the handle; liquid injected through the water injection hole flows into vessels through a water delivering pipeline, wherein the liquid is low-temperature mixed liquid of normal saline and an anti-hemagglutination agent; and during spot ablation of the vessels, the low-temperature mixed liquid is used for cooling the vascular walls at non-treated parts. The radio frequency ablation electrode disclosed by the invention employs a way of injecting the low-temperature mixed liquid into the vessels, thereby cooling surrounding vascular walls rapidly, protecting the vascular wall of renal artery from being injured by the heat generated by the electrode, and further achieving the purpose of treating hypertension; and in addition, through action of the low-temperature mixed liquid, the flexible bracket can also avoid injury to the vascular walls due to excessive tension.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical machine, in particular to a radiofrequency ablation electrode, especially a radiofrequency ablation electrode for treating hypertension. Background technique [0002] In the Chinese patent with the authorized announcement date of December 14, 2011 and the authorized announcement number CN202069688U, a radiofrequency ablation electrode for treating refractory hypertension is disclosed. The radiofrequency ablation electrode includes an electrode tip, a flexible bracket, a sleeve, The catheter and the control handle, the electrode heads are fixed on the flexible support, the flexible support is elastic, and it is wrapped in the sleeve in a contracted manner; the control handle controls the ablation time, and the electrode heads are arranged on the largest cross-section of the flexible support after deployment. The process of use is to insert the treatment catheter through femoral artery puncture under the guidance of B-u...
