The screen reflected light image carrier comprises a first carrier; a re-crystallization area is arranged on the first carrier; the first carrier is stuck on the upper surface of a first polarized light membrane; a polycarbonate film layer is stuck on the upper surface of the first carrier; and the re-crystallization area is formed by the following steps of: performing selective area dissolution of the original unit-mass crystal of the re-crystallization area, wherein in the dissolution process, the original unit-mass crystal of the selected re-crystallization area is dissolved into liquid; and cooling at normal temperature so that the original unit-mass crystal dissolved into liquid is re-crystallized to form a re-crystallized area of a second unit-mass crystal of which the surface is rougher than that of the original unit-mass crystal. Through the screen reflected light image carrier and the manufacturing method thereof provided by the invention, a product anti-counterfeiting and detection effect is realized; and the screen reflected light image is easy to process, and the cost is low.
