The invention discloses an oil balancing device which comprises an oil separator and an electromagnetic valve, wherein the oil separator is provided with a mixed liquor input end, a cooling medium output end, an oil back flow end and an oil balancing end; the oil balancing end is provided with an oil balancing isolating valve, and an oil balancing one-way valve is arranged between the oil balancing isolating valve and the oil separator; and one end of the electromagnetic valve is communicated with a parallel compressor unit, and the other end of the electromagnetic valve is communicated with the oil balancing one-way valve. When the lubricating oil in the individual air-conditioning equipment in a multi-split air conditioning system is excessive, the oil balancing device enables the excess lubricating oil to be sent to other air-conditioning equipment, and the distribution of lubricating oil of each air-conditioning equipment in the multi-split air conditioning system is more uniform; and in addition, an unloading valve is added so as to avoid that the booster danger is generated because of overhigh pressure in the oil balancing device under the occasion of working condition acute variation or bad transportation, and the reliability of the multi-split air conditioning system is improved.
