Abstract

The invention provides an aluminum alloy, which comprises following compositions by mass percentage: 0.36 to 0.50 percent of silicon, 0.39 to 0.45 percent of magnesium, 0.01 to 0.02 percent of titanium, less than or equal to 0.10 percent of the sum of copper, zinc and manganese, less than or equal to 0.50 percent of ferrum, and the rest percent of aluminum and inevitable impurities, wherein the content of a single impurity is less than 0.5 percent and the content of total inevitable impurities is less than or equal to 0.10 percent. The aluminum alloy provided by the invention has the advantages that the content of the magnesium element is controlled in the range of 0.39 percent to 0.45 percent, so that the content of hardening phases (Mg2Si phases) in the aluminum alloy is controlled and the hardness range of the aluminum alloy is stabilized in the range of 2Hw to 5Hw; and the aluminum alloy is suitable for preparing heat radiating equipment through a flaking processing manner.
