The noise insulation box comprises a box body for covering the lathe; a feeding opening and a discharging opening are respectively arranged at one group of opposite sides of the box body; an operation window which can be rotatably opened is arranged at an operation side; the box wall of the box body consists of an iron skin layer, a sponge layer, a corrugated paper layer, a noise insulation cotton layer, a corrugated paper layer, a sponge layer and an iron skin layer from inner side to outer side; the operation window comprises a window frame which is fixedly sealed on the box body; a window door is arranged inside the window frame; a hinge capable of enabling the window door to rotate around the hinge is arranged at the horizontal side of the window door; a rubber gasket is arranged around the window door; a locking buckle is arranged on the window door at the opposite side of the hinge; and a locking ring assorted with the locking buckle is arranged on the window frame. When the window door is closed, the locking buckle and the locking ring can be locked together.
