Abstract

The invention provides a cross-layer SCMA (stream control multiple access) / QA (QoS awareness) protocol. The protocol takes full account of states of channels in different streams in each link to build a stream-based channel state discrete Markov chain model and syncretically considers QoS requirements of each link, information exchange of link QoS is performed by means of modifications on RTS (request to send) / CTS (clear to send), a QoS-based link scheduling problem under MIMO is modeled to be an optimization problem by using the link QoS weight as a main factor for link selection, and an optimal link and the communication stream number are obtained on the condition of KKT (Karush-Kuhn-Tucker).
