Abstract

An input terminal of the current diverter is connected with the voltage increasing structure; one output terminal of the current diverter is connected with a vehicle; and another output terminal of the current diverter is connected with the charging device. The current diverter is used for dividing the electric energy with increased voltage into at least two parts, namely one part of electric energy which equals to the electric energy needed by the vehicle running at the highest speed, and the rest part of electric energy which is partly or wholly transmitted to the charging device and is stored in batteries connected with the charging device.
