The large-diameter proportional water valve is characterized in that the lower part of the valve core is mounted inside the valve sleeve; a seal is arranged between the valve core and the valve sleeve; the lower part of the control cover plate is matched with the valve sleeve; the upper part of the valve core is matched with the control cover plate; an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are mutually separated are arranged between the valve core and the control cover plate; the bottom board is arranged at the bottom of the control cover plate; the guide proportional control valve unit is mounted on the lateral surface of the control cover plate; an oil path is arranged between the upper and lower cavities and the guide proportional control valve unit; a guide control oil opening of the oil path is formed in the bottom board; the displacement sensor is mounted on the valve cover; and symmetrical round holes are formed in the lateral wall at the lower part of the valve sleeve.
