The system comprises an anti-parallel thyristor circuit and a voltage detection circuit which are connected in parallel; the anti-parallel thyristor circuit comprises a first thyristor and a second thyristor which are connected in an anti-parallel way; the voltage detection circuit comprises a first circuit and a second circuit which are connected in series; the first circuit comprises a first voltage-regulator tube and a first optical fiber transmitter which are connected in the anti-parallel way; the second circuit comprises a second voltage-regulator tube and a second optical fiber transmitter which are connected in the anti-parallel way; the connection directions of the first voltage-regulator tube and the second voltage-regulator tube are opposite to each other; and the connection directions of the first optical transmitter and the second optical transmitter are opposite to each other.
