Abstract

The invention relates to a soft magnetic ferrite material which comprises a major component and additives. The major component comprises, by mole, 50.5-57 mol% of Fe2O3, 31-39 mol% of MnO and 7-15 mol% of ZnO. The additives comprise, according to weight percentage accounting for the soft magnetic ferrite material, 20-80ppm of SiO2, 100-500ppm of CaO, 250-600ppm of Nb2O5, 400-1000ppm of Co2O3 and 150-400ppm of V2O5. The soft magnetic ferrite material is made of conventional raw materials, is low in cost and has high magnetic permeability and low magnetic core loss.
