Embodiment 1

[0017] Prepolymer is prepared with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polytetrahydrofuran glycol (PTMG), 1,4-butanediol (BDO), and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as raw materials. The ratio is as follows: the molar ratio of IPDI to PTMG, DMPA, and BDO is 1.2:1, BDO accounts for 2% of the prepolymer mass, and DMPA accounts for 5% of the prepolymer mass. The temperature was lowered to 40°C, and triethylamine was added for neutralization reaction to form a salt, in which the amount of triethylamine was the same as that of DMPA, and the reaction was carried out for 4 minutes. Water is added for emulsification for 60 minutes to obtain a water-based polyurethane emulsion, and water-based polyurethane with polytetrahydrofuran as the soft segment is physically blended with natural latex to obtain a water-based polyurethane modified natural latex.

Embodiment 2

[0019] Prepolymer is prepared with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polytetrahydrofuran glycol (PTMG), 1,4-butanediol (BDO), and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as raw materials. The ratio is: the molar ratio of IPDI to PTMG, DMPA, and BDO is 1.3:1, BDO accounts for 2% of the mass of the prepolymer, and DMPA accounts for 4% of the mass of the prepolymer.

Embodiment 3

[0021] Prepolymer is prepared with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polytetrahydrofuran glycol (PTMG), 1,4-butanediol (BDO), and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as raw materials. The ratio is: the molar ratio of IPDI to PTMG, DMPA, and BDO is 1.4:1, BDO accounts for 3% of the mass of the prepolymer, and DMPA accounts for 5% of the mass of the prepolymer. The temperature was lowered to 40°C, and triethylamine was added for neutralization reaction to form a salt, in which the amount of triethylamine was the same as that of DMPA, and the reaction was carried out for 4 minutes. Abstract

A method for modifying natural latex by aqueous polyurethane includes the steps of: preparing a prepolymer from raw materials of IPDI, PTMG, BDO, and DMPA, adding HEA to block the -NCO end of the prepolymer, reacting for 50 min, cooling to 40 DEG C, adding triethylamine for a neutralization reaction to form a salt, reacting for 3-4 min, adding water to emulsify for 60 min to obtain an aqueous polyurethane emulsion, and physically blending the aqueous polyurethane with natural latex to obtain the aqueous polyurethane-modified natural latex. The aqueous polyurethane-modified natural latex of the present invention can improve smoothness, compactness and mechanical strength of natural latex film, and reduce the escape of allergenic proteins at the same time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for modifying natural latex by water-based polyurethane, which belongs to the field of chemical industry. technical background [0002] Natural latex is a natural and renewable water-based dispersion system. Rubber products made of natural latex have excellent comprehensive properties and irreplaceability, and have been widely used in medical and health fields, such as medical catheters, gloves and condoms. However, natural latex products still have some performance defects, for example, natural latex products have poor compactness, aging resistance, and antibacterial properties. What's more serious is that latex contains some allergenic proteins, which can easily induce immediate allergic reactions such as contact dermatitis, urticaria, and allergic asthma. In severe cases, it can cause anaphylactic shock and even death. [0003] Water-based polyurethane uses water as a solvent, which has the advantages of no pollut...
