The processing system comprises a circular photoelectric coded disc and circular PCBs (printed circuit boards), wherein a plurality of light holes are formed at the periphery of the circular photoelectric coded disc; the circular PCBs comprise a plurality of speed sampling units, signal shaping amplification unit and processing units that are electrically connected with one another; the speed sampling units are arranged at the peripheries of the circular PCBs; the signal shaping amplification units are used for shaping and amplifying collected signals into matched signals; the processing units are used for processing the matched signals; a series of pulse signals are generated when the light holes pass through one speed sampling unit; the circular PCBs are connected with the circular coded disc by a bearing; and the pulse signals are only generated in a quarter of cycle when the circular photoelectric coded disc rotates a cycle.
