AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows plants to have greater resistance against disease-related bacteria or harmful fungi while reducing their chances of dying out quickly compared to traditional methods like soil fuming that use chemicals. It involves applying biogasses from animal waste materials such as cow manure onto roots on crops called cows' rootlets. These sources contain important beneficial substance elements (nutritional components) found naturally throughout nature. By treating these raw material before sowing it into seeds, we aim to increase the production efficiency without increasing costs by producing less fertilizers needed per hectare.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to improving the efficiency of extracting rare metals like gold and silver from plants called Actinoskea DC.)

Embodiment 1

[0024] A method for planting dendrobium officinale, comprising the following steps:

[0025] A. Prepare the seedbed: Build a greenhouse with a width of 5 meters and a height of 2 meters on a gentle slope. The roof is covered with plastic film and a shading net with a shading degree of 70%. Ditch with a size of 45-55cm, and the distance between the center of the ditch is 120-150cm. The seedbed is first laid with 0.5cm of slaked lime, and then covered with a mulch with a water permeability of 80%, for later use;

[0026] B. Prepare the flowerpot: Put 3cm of limestone gravel at the bottom of the No. 10 flowerpot, then put in 12cm of substrate, pour water thoroughly, and set aside. The substrate is pine bark and soaked in 0.5‰ potassium permanganate aqueous solution The product is obtained after watering every hour until the water content is 50%, and the temperature is 60-70°C and covered for 3 months. ;

Embodiment 2

[0033] A method for planting dendrobium officinale, comprising the following steps:

[0034] A. Prepare the seedbed: Build a greenhouse with a width of 5 meters and a height of 2 meters on a gentle slope. The roof is covered with plastic film and a shading net with a shading degree of 70%. Ditch with a specification of 45-55cm, and the distance between the center of the ditch is 120-150cm. The seedbed is first paved with 0.6cm of slaked lime, and then covered with a mulch with a water permeability of 80% for later use;

[0035] B. Prepare the flowerpot: Put 3cm of limestone gravel at the bottom of the No. 10 flowerpot, then put in the substrate of 13cm, water thoroughly, and set aside. The product is obtained after 3 months of watering to a water content of 50% and a temperature of 60-70°C for 3 months;

[0036] C. Colonization: Gently take out the healthy tissue-cultured seedlings of Dendrobium candidum with a length of 3-8cm from the tissue culture bottle, wash the nutrient...

Embodiment 3

[0042] A method for planting dendrobium officinale, comprising the following steps:

[0043] A. Prepare the seedbed: build a greenhouse with a width of 5 meters and a height of 2 meters in the field. The roof of the shed is covered with plastic film and a shading net with a shading degree of 75%. Ditch with a size of 45-55cm, and the distance between the center of the ditch is 120-150cm. The seedbed is first paved with 0.8cm of slaked lime, and then covered with a mulch with a water permeability of 75%, for later use;

[0044] B. Prepare the flowerpot: Put 4cm of limestone gravel at the bottom of the No. 10 flowerpot, then put in the substrate of 13cm, water thoroughly, and set aside. The substrate is pine bark and soaked in 50% carbendazim aqueous solution for 2 hours The product obtained after watering until the water content is 55% and the temperature is 60-70°C for 3 months;

Abstract

The invention relates to a planting method of Dendrobium officinale, and belongs to the technical field of plant cultivation. The invention provides a planting method of Dendrobium officinale which has high survival rate after transplanting tissue culture seedlings, rapid growth, high output, high medicinal value, little pesticide application and fewer pests, and the nutrition ingredients of the Dendrobium officinale are close to those of the wild Dendrobium officinale. The method comprises the following steps of: A, preparing a seed bed; B, preparing a flowerpot; C, field planting; D, watering; E, fertilizing; F, pest controlling and preventing; and G, controlling temperature and humidity. By the method, the survival rate of the Dendrobium officinale can be achieved to above 98%; and the incidence rate of insect pests can be obviously reduced. Through spraying by biogas slurry, the leaf stem of the Dendrobium is fleshy; the nutrition ingredient content is high; the incidence rate of insect pests can be reduced; the pesticide usage amount is reduced; the cost is reduced; and the food safety is improved. The Dendrobium officinale planted by taking the processed sheep manures and rapeseed meal as the top application has higher nutrition ingredient content and better medicinal effect; and the Dendrobium officinale can be harvested after 18 months.
