In an exposure test, the copper-clad plate is shielded by using the separation blade of the exposure guide rule at first, so that the two groups of the retaining walls at the lower part and the upper part of the lower frame of the exposure machine are exposed so as to obtain the intensity of exposure energy; and then the separation blade of the exposure guide ruler is overturned, so that the two groups of the retaining walls corresponding to the upper part and the lower part of the upper frame of the exposure machine can be exposed to obtain the intensity of the exposure energy. According to the method provided by the invention, the special copper-clad plate is used for detecting a value of the exposure energy without exposing the produced circuit board, so that the normal production of the circuit board can not be influenced.
