The system comprises a wind power plant and an external network equivalence system, wherein the external network equivalence system is connected with the wind power plant through a PCC (Program-Controlled Computer); the outlet voltage of a wind generating set in the wind power plant is 690 V; a wind driven generator is connected with a box-type transformer; the no-load voltage ratio of the box-type transformer is 690/35,000; the box-type transformer is connected with current collection circuits; the three current collection circuits are gathered in the PCC, and are accessed on the low-voltage side of a main transformer; and through boosting of the main transformer, electric energy is transmitted out through circuits. The system and the method can quickly and effectively check the modeling effectiveness of the wind power plant, and achieve the effect of checking the model accuracy while simplifying model parameters through combining the method research implemented by taking short-circuit faults as examples for instances. A novel checking method is brought for accurate modeling research to realize safe and stable operation of electric power systems.
