Problems solved by technology

[0003] DECO6000 is originally equipped with a fake indenter and the lighting method is as follows: figure 1 As shown, the dummy indenter (1) absorbs the FPC (4), and the halogen lamps (2) on both sides provide the light source to irradiate the front cross mark of the FPC. The lighting route is as follows figure 1 As shown by the dotted line, the CCD (CAMERA) obtains the FPC front cross mark through the principle of prism reflection. Because the FPC front cross mark is a metal coating, the reflected light is inconsistent, resulting in uneven cross mark images obtained by the CCD (CAMERA), causing the actual FPC cross mark to be low. Discarded by FPC at the time of similarity of the registered cross mark

Embodiment

[0024] Such as figure 2 , a DECO6000 device equipped with a backlight dummy indenter, including a dummy indenter 1, an LED light source 2 and a flexible circuit board 4, the LED light source 2 is inserted into the dummy indenter, so that the dummy indenter and the LED light source form an assembly In the form, the flexible circuit board is connected to the LED light source, the flexible circuit board is provided with a cross mark, the front side of the cross mark is provided with a metal coating, and the back side of the cross mark is connected to the LED light source, and the LED light source is connected to the LED light source. The back side of the flexible circuit board is illuminated to illuminate the back side of the cross MARK of the flexible circuit board.

[0025] Such as figure 2 , the dummy indenter is provided with a groove, and the LED light source is inserted into the groove. In this embodiment, there are two grooves, and there may be 3, 4 or more grooves in s...

Abstract

The invention discloses a direct energy conversion operation (DECO) 6000 equipment carrying backlight false indenter which comprises a false indenter body, a light-emitting diode (LED) light source and a flexible printed circuit board. The LED light source is embedded and inserted into the false indenter, the flexible printed circuit board is connected with the LED light source, a cross MARK is arranged on the flexible printed circuit board, the LED light source can light from the back of the flexible printed circuit board to irradiate the back of the cross MARK of the flexible printed circuit board, a groove is positioned on the false indenter, the LED light source is embedded and inserted into the groove, and a metal coating is arranged on the front side of the cross MARK. The DECO 6000 equipment carrying backlight false indenter further comprises a charge coupling element for acquiring images and a triple prism. A front image of the cross MARK can be refracted to the charge coupling element by the triple prism. The backlight false indenter overcomes the defect that the cross MARK of a flexible printed circuit (FPC) is uneven in brightness due to front lighting, can effectively reduce FPC abandon and improves activation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of image processing, in particular to a DECO6000 device equipped with a backlight dummy indenter. [0002] Background technique [0003] DECO6000 is originally equipped with a fake indenter and the lighting method is as follows: figure 1 As shown, the dummy indenter (1) absorbs the FPC (4), and the halogen lamps (2) on both sides provide the light source to irradiate the front cross mark of the FPC. The lighting route is as follows figure 1 As shown by the dotted line, the CCD (CAMERA) obtains the FPC front cross mark through the principle of prism reflection. Because the FPC front cross mark is metal-coated, the reflected light is inconsistent, resulting in uneven cross mark images obtained by the CCD (CAMERA), resulting in the fact that the actual FPC cross mark is low. When the similarity of the landed cross mark is reached, the FPC discards it. [0004] CCD, English full name: Charge-coupled Device, Chinese fu...
