Abstract

The invention provides an equipment coding method, which aims to realize the coding identification of whole life circle management of goods and material equipment by formulating a unified goods and material equipment coding rule and a standard library to cover all pieces of goods and material equipment of a hydraulic power plant. The coding consists of three code segments, i.e. an equipment position code section, an equipment identity code section and a goods and material code section, wherein the equipment position code section is characterized in that the position code is divided into six code sections and adopts 20 bits of characters; according to the equipment position, the equipment is subjected to unique layer structure identification by the equipment unit; the position of equipment managed by the power plant is identified, i.e. a specific installation position or use location; the equipment identity code section adopts 10 bits of characters to identify each piece of specific equipment, and therefore each piece of equipment has a unique identity identification; and the goods and material code section adopts 11 bits of characters, and all goods and materials as well as spare parts of the power plant are coded by the 11 bits of characters with a layering and classifying method.
