Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of pavement repair, and particularly relates to a method for quickly repairing a damaged pavement by heating a repair material capable of releasing oxygen under heat by a combustion process. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: (1) filling a fast-curing repair material capable of releasing oxygen into pits in the damaged pavement, and flattening; and (2) spraying an inflammable liquid onto the flattened parts of the pavement, and igniting to cure the fast-curing repair material capable of releasing oxygen under heat, thereby repairing the damaged pavement. The fast-curing pavement repair material capable of releasing oxygen is prepared from 60-95 parts of compact aggregate, 4-30 parts of thermoplastic resin binding agent, 1-10 parts of heat-initiated latent curing agent capable of inducing fast curing of the thermoplastic resin binding agent under heat, and 0.5-1 part of solid oxidant capable of releasing oxygen under heat. The method can implement curing of the repair material within 50-70 minutes, thereby greatly shortening the repair curing time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of road construction, and in particular relates to a method for quickly repairing damaged road surfaces by using heated cocoa oxygen-releasing repair materials combined with combustion heating. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's economy, the number of airport runways has increased rapidly, a large number of high-grade highways have been constructed, and the implementation of concrete projects such as city squares and municipal highways has improved the quality of human life and promoted the healthy development of the national economy. Most of the existing roads use concrete construction pavement, which not only has good quality but also has a long service life. However, the maintenance of the concrete pavement after the pavement is damaged during use is more complicated. It needs to be closed and out of service for repair, and it needs to use relatively large machinery to plan and...
