Problems solved by technology

[0002] Traditional fire-fighting oxygen cylinders use mechanical pressure gauges to give an alarm when the pressure threshold is reached. However, during the fire fighting process, firefighters wear fire hats and fire-proof clothing. Listen to the alarm signal or indicator signal, and then miss the best time to evacuate the fire scene. If you fail to evacuate the fire scene in time before the oxygen is exhausted, it will lead to irreversible consequences
The current fire oxygen cylinder alarm technology has the following problems: 1. The mechanical pressure gauge is not convenient for firefighters to read and the remaining use time needs to be predicted by the firefighters themselves; 2. The commander cannot grasp the remaining use time of the firefighters' oxygen cylinders, which is not convenient for overall command

Embodiment Construction

[0015] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing, the present invention is described in further detail:

[0016] The technical core of the invention lies in that the wireless communication distance is not limited and has the remaining time prediction function.

[0017] Shown in Fig. 1 (a) and Fig. 1 (b), the present invention is based on 3G fire-fighting oxygen bottle remote monitoring alarm structural representation, and this alarm comprises host computer 1, oxygen output port 2, decompression valve 3, antenna 4, knob On-off valve 5, oxygen input port 6, indicator light 7, liquid crystal display 8, horn 9, UIM card 10, lithium battery 11, etc. Among them, the host 1 is used to collect voltage signals and analyze and judge the remaining time of oxygen. If the remaining time is lower than the threshold S (min), an alarm signal is sent to the command center; the oxygen input port 6 and the knob switch valve 5 form a high-pressure oxygen switch for fire-fighting oxygen cylin...

Abstract

The invention provides a 3G-based remote fire-fighting oxygen cylinder monitoring alarm which comprises a main frame (1), an oxygen outlet (2), a pressure reducing valve (3), an antenna (4), a knob switching valve (5), an oxygen inlet (6), an indicating lamp (7), a liquid crystal display (8), a speaker (9), a UIM (User Identifier Module) card (10) and a lithium battery (11). The main frame (1) is used for collecting voltage signals, analyzing and judging oxygen remaining time, and sending alarm signals to a control center if the value of the remaining time is less than a threshold value S (min); the oxygen inlet (6) and the knob switching valve (5) form a fire-fighting oxygen cylinder high-pressure oxygen switch control mechanism; and the oxygen outlet (2) and the pressure reducing valve (3) form a fire-fighting oxygen cylinder low-pressure oxygen output control mechanism. The alarm has the advantages that the communication distance is not limited, the alarm has a remain time prediction and alarm function, a commander can command firemen to leave according to the alarm signals sent by the alarm in the control center, so as to avoid accidents, and the alarm is beneficial to guaranteeing the life safety of the firemen.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of fire-fighting and rescue equipment, in particular to a 3G-based fire-fighting oxygen cylinder remote monitoring alarm, which is a fire-fighting special oxygen cylinder remote monitoring alarm with 3G wireless transmission of oxygen pressure data. Background technique [0002] Traditional fire-fighting oxygen cylinders use mechanical pressure gauges to give an alarm when the pressure threshold is reached. However, during the fire fighting process, firefighters wear fire hats and fire-proof clothing. Listen to the alarm signal or indicator signal, and then miss the best time to evacuate the fire scene. If you fail to evacuate the fire scene in time before the oxygen is exhausted, it will lead to irreversible consequences. The current fire oxygen cylinder alarm technology has the following problems: 1.
