The novel glimpsing chamber instrument and the optics imaging principle are mainly used for that defects of iron mold, a blister, a steam vent, cracks and the like on the inner wall of a deep hole of Phi37-Phi155mm are directly observed and confirmed. The optics principle is that the situation of a pipeline or the inner wall of the deep hole can be observed on an objective lens position by taking advantage of the optics lens imaging of the lens. The place and the size of the defects can be clearly confirmed with a calibrated scale and a lighting lamp holder. Checking and repairing are convenient. The optics lens have the advantages that the focal distance of the lens is long, the range of observation is large and the angle of view can be at 70 degrees which is enabled the observing distance to be increased. Deep checking of the hole inner wall is solved. A special connecting way is adopted by a main pipe and an auxiliary pipe, thus concentricity of the instrument is maintained. Precision of the instrument is guaranteed. Measuring errors caused by errors of the instrument are avoided. Safety and reliability of the tested objects are guaranteed.
