The ERP module is used for making operational plans of products, sending the operational plans to the MES, determining needed material according to the operational plans, making corresponding material distribution plans, and distributing the material distribution plans to the production module. The MES is used for judging whether the production module has corresponding production technology according to the operational plans, if yes, the MES controls the production module to carry out process and production on the distributed materials according to the production technology; and if not, the MES is used for calling virtual simulation information in the ERP module to simulate a production process of the products in the production module, wherein the MES is further used for carrying out quality data analysis and production performance analysis on the products after the products are produced.
