An electromagnetic reversing valve is arranged in a control circuit of a volumetric speed regulating circuit of a hydraulic circuit of the logging winch system, a pressure relay is arranged in a parking and braking circuit of a braking circuit, and correlation between the hydraulic circuit and the parking and braking circuit is built. When the pressure of the parking and braking circuit is lost and automatic braking is caused during operation of the winch, the pressure relay is closed, control electricity of the electromagnetic reversing valve in the control circuit of the volumetric speed regulating circuit is switched on, pressure oil sources of a linkage manual reducing valve and a proportional reducing valve are cut off after reversing operation of the electromagnetic reversing valve, pressure oil outputted by each pressure oil source is unloaded, and accordingly the shortcoming of overloading of the system due to parking and braking actions of the hydraulic circuit is effectively overcome.
