Abstract

The early expanding material comprises kelp root powder, polyethylene amide and quartz sand. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: dissolving 1-2 parts of the polyethylene amide into 1000 parts of water according to mass ratio, and uniformly stirring; then uniformly mixing 1000 parts of polyethylene amide water solutions with 9000-10000 parts of the kelp root powder according to the mass ratio, and then uniformly mixing with 9000-10000 parts of the quartz sand; and finally drying an obtained mixture to obtain a needed product. The early expanding material disclosed by the invention cannot influence the flowability of cement injection slurry, is easy to control the expanding amount, can outstandingly enhance the early volume stability of the cement injection material and counteract the volume reduction caused due to cement slurry sedimentation and dry shrinkage, is low in cost and easy to manufacture and is especially suitable for the cement injection material with high flowability.
