Abstract

A remote procedure call remote position control (RPC) method based on transmission control protocol (TCP)/user datagram protocol (UDP) is used for a network system which comprises a server-side and a client-side. The client-side builds an interlinkage with a server with the help of a socket which is based on TCP/UDP. The remote procedure call RPC method based on TCP/ UDP achieves remote method invocation through a ground floor method, is capable of being applied to remote data access and achieves logic service middleware of a data base. The invention relates to a remote method access which is not relevant to a specific application. As long as a development language of the application based on TCP/UDP is developed, all development tools are capable of achieving invocation of the remote method. The server-side and the client-side can be respectively achieved by using different development tools and languages. The remote procedure call RPC method based on TCP/ UDP greatly simplifies arrangement and achievement of a system and plays a foundation framework role of building an application of the client-side/server-side mode.
