A hot steam source comprises a hot steam source body, a heat exchanger and a water collecting device, and the heat exchanger and the water collecting device are arranged between two adjacent stages in the steam cylinder of the steam turbine; the heat exchanger comprises a heat exchange pipeline communicated with the hot steam source body, and the heat exchange pipeline is provided with a drain port and a steam exhaust port; and a liquid inlet of the water collecting device is communicated with the drain port, and the water collecting device is provided with a water outlet. The dehumidifying device in the steam cylinder can effectively reduce the humidity of the high-pressure steam, so that the high-pressure steam is prevented from causing water corrosion for blades, particularly last-stage blades, of the steam turbine.
