Abstract

The invention discloses a method converting mass word or excel format form documents into webpages. The method achieves once conversion of mass format forms of an engineering management system. The method includes three steps that1 places of work or excel, where a user needs to conduct input, are marked with certain rules and conventional signs, namely the signs are in accordance with logics reading and processing files, forms are multiple, and types can completely utilize the forms of all computer data types; 2 the signed files are converted into files having postfixes of HTML through in a saving-as mode and through small open source software; and 3 by means of core codes, the signs are converted into correct types uniformly, when an operator opens new construction, storage and other operations, and the types are stored in a corresponding data base format. The method is simple in method, achieves uniform control webpace display states, can conduct redaction, examination and verification, and read-only operations, reduces maintaining technique doorsill, and reduces maintaining cost.
