A scenario simulation method based on a network includes the steps that one client-side is selected from client-sides which take part in a conversation model scheme to establish a temporary server, wherein the conversation model scheme comprises roles corresponding to the client-sides participating in a conversation and scenario list information; each client-side is connected with the temporary server and establishes end-to-end connection with other client-sides; each client-side calculates existing scene resources and non-existing scene resources according to the scenario list information; the existing scene resources are shared and a downloading route is provided and sent to the temporary server; each client-side downloads the non-existing scene resources from other client-sides through the downloading route and generates a virtual scene according to the existing scene resources and the downloaded non-existing scene resources; and network synchronization is implemented for roles in the virtual scene according to exchanging operation of the client-sides. The scenario simulation method based on the network is good in communication stability, small in operation quantity during a processing process, sufficient in client-side resource utilization, and high in overall operation efficiency.
