The in-ear hearing aid can be completely put in an ear, has high stealthiness, and always keeps elastic contact with the ear canal. A first earplug can be put in the deep ear canal close to an eardrum of the human body, and a second earplug mainly plays the fixing role through elastic contact with the ear canal. The through holes allow the ear canal of a hearing aid wearer to better ventilate with the outside world, so that the wearer feels more comfortable. The hearing aid control system has a simple structure, saves a connecting wire, and can adjust the hearing aid freely rapidly through the cellphone, wherein the adjustments comprise volume, environment switching, scenario simulation dialogue, language translation and so on.
