Abstract

The invention discloses a side riveting pressure mechanism used for a riveting pressure assembly machine. The side riveting pressure mechanism used for the riveting pressure assembly machine comprises a guide board and a riveting air cylinder, wherein the guide board and the riveting air cylinder are arranged at the axis of one side of a riveting hole of a shell body, and the shell body, the guide board and the riveting air cylinder are fixed on a working plane. A riveting air cylinder piston is connected with a piston rod coaxial with the piston, and the piston rod is sleeved on the guide board. Through pushing of the piston rod, pins are riveted into a riveting pressing hole. Due to the fact that the riveting air cylinder is arranged at the axial line of the side face of the shell body, the riveted pin is installed at a customized piston rod, and the riveting of the pins are achieved through the pushing of the piston rod.
