The system comprises a sender, a receiver, an enable signal line and a data transmission line, wherein the enable signal line is connected between the sender and the receiver. Changes of high-low level parameters on the enable signal line are utilized by the system so as to ensure that error resending information is transmitted to the sender through the receiver. The sender has a sender logical input and output unit, and the receiver has a receiving part logical input and output unit, wherein output of the enable signal line is a low level when the output of the sending part logical input and output unit or the output of the receiving part logical input and output unit is a low level so as to ensure that the receiver transmits the error resending information to the sender.
