Active components are pyrazole naphthalene bacteria amine and methoxyl crylic acid bactericide, wherein the weight ratio of the pyrazole naphthalene bacteria amine to the methoxyl crylic acid bactericide is 1:10 to 8:1, preferably 1:8 to 5:1; and the sterilization composition can be prepared into water dispersible granules, wettable powder and suspending agent. The sterilization composition is reasonable in components and good in sterilization effect; and the activity and the sterilization effect are achieved without simple addition of the activities of all components.
