Abstract

The invention discloses a hole-flanging forming method and device for part of a large part. The method comprises the following steps: processing bottom hole to be subjected to flanging at the part of the large part, and manufacturing a female die and a male die corresponding to the bottom hole; inserting the male die into the bottom hole to be subjected to flanging from one side, so as to allow a die head of the male die to be tightly clamped into the bottom hole to be subjected to flanging; allowing a pull rod to penetrate a hole on the male die, so as to allow the head part of the pull rod to be clung to the bottom part of the male die; sleeving the female die from the tail part of the pull rod, so as to allow the die orifice of the female die to be clung to the other side of the bottom hole to be subjected to flanging; compressing the bottom part of the female die by a hydraulic gun seat, and clamping the tail part of the pull rod by a hydraulic clamp which is in axially moving fit with the hydraulic gun seat; and pulling the pull rod by the hydraulic clamp, so as to allow the male die to move towards the female die for die closing, and processing the bottom hole to be subjected to flanging into a formed flanged hole. The device mainly comprises the pull rod, the hydraulic gun, the female die and the male die. According to the invention, the advantages of simple structure, economical process and good round hole flanging effect are achieved.
