The control system comprises a transporter stopper arranged at an entrance end of a track, wherein a speed-reducing limit switch, a first transporter arrester, an anti-overwind sensor and a second transporter arrester are sequentially arranged on the track located behind the transporter arrester; the speed-reducing limit switch and an output end of the anti-overwind sensor are electrically connected with an input end of a PLC (programmable logic controller) respectively; an output end of the PLC is electrically connected with input ends of the first transporter arrester, the second transporter arrester and the transporter stopper respectively; and the PLC is connected with the rock transporter interactively and electrically.
