AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

The technical effect of this patented technology lies within two main aspects - one aspect being related to improving health by controlling harmful microorganisms like yeast while another aspect relates to reducing the risk for developing diseases caused by pathogenic germs called candidosis. This includes treatments based solely upon specific types of cells found naturally occurring inside these organs without causing them any damage themselves.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discuss various methods that help fight against yeasts causing candidiasis, specifically those associated with periodontis. These treatments include sterilizing agents containing alcohols, oxazolidinones, quaternaries, penetrant substances, antipsorices, nystrospirochetes, and others.

Embodiment 1

[0040] The cultivation of embodiment 1 Candida albicans

[0041] Inoculate the strains on Sabaut's medium, culture at 37°C, grow colonies within 1-2 days, pick a single colony and inoculate them in corn agar medium and corn Tween 80 medium respectively, and then cover with a sterile cover piece. Cultivate in a 37°C incubator, and perform microscopic examination at 24, 48, and 72 hours respectively.

[0042] Results: After 48 hours of observation, all the colonies grew in the culture medium, the colonies were round, white or slightly creamy, shiny, with smooth edges and no wrinkles on the surface.

Embodiment 2

[0043] Embodiment 2 inoculates the bacterial liquid into the cell and processes in groups

[0044] Will 2×10 7 / ml Candida albicans liquid inoculation and 30 bottles of cells with good growth condition and a density of about 60% 0.1ml / bottle, divide the 30 bottles of cells into three groups randomly, 10 bottles in each group are the control group, containing 3% carbonic acid Sodium hydrogen DMEM, containing 1:100000 (dichlorohexidine: DMEM) dichlorohexidine DMEM placed at 37.5 ° C, 5% CO 2 cultured in an incubator and observed daily. DNA extraction was carried out on it at culture 7, and PCR product amplification detection

[0045] Conclusion: After all the tests, the DMEM full medium containing chlorhexidine can effectively control and eliminate the contamination of Candida albicans in vitro cell culture of elite ice and snow athletes, so a certain amount of chlorhexidine can also prevent and eliminate Candida albicans in vitro cell culture Bacterial contamination.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for efficiently preventing and eliminating Candida albicans pollution in vitro cell culture of elite ice and snow athletes. During the process of in vitro cell culture, microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and viruses, and some protozoa may result in failure of the cell culture. The Candida albicans is one of the most common fungi; but extensive and long-term use of antifungal drugs causes the emergence of resistant strains easily, which brings great difficulties in eliminating Candida albicans pollution. According to the method of the present invention, chlorhexidine-containing DMEM at a ratio of chlorhexidine: DMEM being 1:100,000 is adopts to prevent and eliminate Candida albicans. The method is efficient, simple and universally applicable.
