A flow dynamic control system (9) is arranged in the monitoring device (3). The flow dynamic control system (9) comprises an embedded microprocessor (4), an analog to digital converter (6), and a digital to analog converter (8). A temperature sensor (2) connected with the embedded microprocessor (4) is arranged on the sampling tube (12). An atmospheric pressure sensor (5) connected with the embedded microprocessor (4) is arranged on the flow dynamic control system (9). The mass flow controller (7) is connected with the analog to digital converter (6) and the digital to analog converter (8) in series. With the sampling flow dynamic control system, no matter how the environmental temperature and atmospheric pressure at a sampling port change, the flow at the sampling port can be dynamically adjusted within a preset precision range in real time. Because the flow at the sampling port is constant and stable, monitor measuring precision of atmospheric particulate matter concentration is improved.
