AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This technology helps clean up water pollution caused by harmful substances such as bacteria that may be found on household items like disposable plates used for cookery during food preparation. It does this through reducing the amount of contaminants released into rivers and lakes while also treating them efficiently with less expensive methods than traditional chemical processes.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed by this patented method for treating excessive amounts of sugar-producing wastes (waste) such as spent grain or bagasse during manufacturing processes involves disposal of these materials due to their low concentration levels compared with other sources like seafood products. This results in rapid consumption of dissolvable oxygen from nitrogen gas released into the environment when they are being treated. Additionally, there may also occur issues related to decomposition of suspending matters caused by bacterial activity that causes them to generate malodorous gases which make up smelling bad taste on aquatic environments around us.

Abstract

The invention discloses a wastewater treatment method in starch glucose production. The wastewater treatment method comprises the following steps of: (1) carrying out flocculent precipitation, namely, adjusting the pH value of starch glucose production wastewater, and subsequently adding a flocculant to precipitate; (2) using a horizontal spiral centrifuge, namely, eliminating solid matters in flocculated wastewater by using the a horizontal spiral centrifuge so as to obtain deslagged wastewater; (3) carrying out anaerobic reaction, namely, carrying out anaerobic degradation reaction on the deslagged wastewater after being subjected to mixing buffering; (4) carrying out anoxia reaction, namely, carrying out an anoxia denitrification reaction on the wastewater subjected to anaerobic degradation; and (5) carrying out an aerobic reaction, namely, carrying out aerobic reaction on the wastewater subjected to anoxia denitrification reaction, carrying out ammonia nitrogen removal and further degradation. By utilizing the method, in the process that suspended matters are eliminated, the suspended matters or organic substances adhered to the suspended matters are effectively eliminated, the later organic substance treatment pressure is effectively alleviated, and the wastewater treatment method has the characteristics of low sewage treatment cost and good treatment effect.
