Abstract

The invention relates to a central mechanism of a tyre shaper vulcanizer, and in particular relates to the central mechanism of the tyre shaper vulcanizer, wherein superheated water is used as a heat conducting medium. The central mechanism mainly comprises an upper end cover and a lower end cover. The lower cavity on the upper end cover of the upper end cover is connected with a circular bump of the lower end cover through a thread. The lower end cover is fixedly connected to a base of the central mechanism of the tyre shaper vulcanizer through a thread. The action time of the superheated water is prolonged by way of arranging water inlet and outlet positions in planes in different heights. Three rows of upper end cover injection holes are uniformly arranged axially, so that superheated water can be injected to every corner of a capsule by means of injection angle and height of the upper end cover injection holes, thereby enhancing the thermal exchange efficiency of the whole space in the capsule, reducing the temperature difference in the space, improving the vulcanizing uniformity of the tyre, enhancing the vulcanizing efficiency of the tyre and finally improving the using performance of the tyre.
