The guider comprises a guiding device, a universal support rod and a base, wherein one end of the guiding device is connected with one end of the universal support rod; the other end of the universal support rod is connected with the base; the guiding device comprises an angle indicating device and a needle holding guiding pipe device; the angle indicating device can be used for adjusting and indicating an included angle between a puncture needle and an X axis as well as an included angle between the puncture needle and a Y axis; and the needle holding guiding pipe device can be used for clamping puncture needles with different diameters.
