A protrusion portion is arranged on the upper end surface of a supporting portion of each C-shaped side plate, a corresponding groove is arranged on the lower end surface of each supporting portion at the position corresponding to the protrusion portion, the cross sections at the upper ends of the second phenol resin plates in the longitudinal direction are matched with the grooves, and the lower end surfaces of the second phenol resin plates butt against the upper end surface of the base plate.
